Timothy J. Byce, 50, of Harrisville, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021, at Ascension St. Joseph in Tawas City. Born February 18, 1971, to Charles and Sylvia Gay (Michaud) Byce in Alpena, he has been a lifelong resident of the area. Tim graduated from Alcona High School in 1989 and served in the U.S. Air Force as a Morse Code Operator. On September 26, 1998, he married Yvonne Senyko in Lincoln. Tim worked as a woodyard operations manager for National Energy. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, operating heavy equipment and riding his Harley. Tim was a very intense dedicated hardworking man, who loved to laugh with his family and friends. Tim is survived by Yvonne and their two sons, Gage and Luke Byce, his mother, Sylvia Gay Kennedy, his brother, Andrew (Karen) Byce, his sister, Tara Byce, nieces and nephews, Ramiro, Maycie, Connor, Madison, Alexis, and Addison, as well as several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Chuck Byce on November 21, 2015. Visitation will be Monday, December 27, 2021, from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM at Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln. Burial will be in Twin Lakes Cemetery, Lincoln.
