Larry Todd Whitford

Larry Todd Whitford, 55, of Glennie, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at his home. Born December 10, 1967, to Larry Gene and Dewella “Jean” (Frayer) Whitford in Tawas City, MI, he was raised in Glennie. Todd worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator, owning his own business, and working at various companies. On August 14, 2021, he married Melanie Kyes in Glennie. Todd was a skilled mechanic, who enjoyed building things and carpentry. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Todd is survived by his wife, Melanie, his sister, Cindy Whitford, his brother, Phil (Trudy) Whitford, his sister-in-law, Lisa Whitford, his stepdaughter, Nicole Davis, and two step grandchildren, Brooke Church and Travis Lee. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Evan Whitford, and his stepson. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln. A Celebration of Todd’s Life will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Glennie Tavern.
