John N. Seabase

John Seabase, 69, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at his home. Born March 28, 1950 to Paul and Irene (Moczar) Seabase in Gueydan, LA, he was raised in Michigan. On August 11, 1973, he married Judy Lesh in Harrisville. They were residents of Clinton Township before moving to Harrisville in 1984. John was employed in the maintenance department at Alcona Community Schools for 22 years as a mechanic and bus driver. He enjoyed camping and hunting, and especially enjoyed coaching baseball and football. John is survived by his wife, Judy, three sons, Anthony (Rachel) Seabase of Illinois, Neil (Becky) Seabase of Traverse City, and Sean (Shawn) Seabase of Midland, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and two brothers, Peter (Betteanne) Seabase of Ohio and Thomas (Janet) Seabase of Montana. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. Private services have been held. Memorial donations are suggested to Friends Together.
