Grace was born in Detroit on September 5th, 1932 and married the love of her life, Jack Dumas, on August 27, 1949 in Roseville, Michigan. In addition to her work in assisting with the family business, she held a variety of other jobs at area businesses and Alcona High School. More than any other role though, she was a loving mother, grandmother & great-grandmother who will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and joy that she brought to those around her. Faith played an important role in Grace’s life. She was a charter member of New Life Lutheran Church, had a passion for singing and had a beautiful voice that she shared as a member of the church choir.
