Glenna M. Taylor, 78, of Harrisville, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena. Born February 6 1940 to Charles and Celia (Lee) Procunier in Harrisville, MI, she was raised in Mikado. Glenna worked as a bartender, a receptionist/office manager, as well as a dispatcher. She lived in Albuquerque NM, Oscoda, and Harrisville. She loved the Alcona County Library and enjoyed the Book Club and the Knitting Club. She was an avid reader and crafter. She was a member of the Alcona Needlecrafters. Her colorful coordinated outfits often matched her bright personality. Glenna is survived by her daughter, Gaylyn Carter of Texas, three sons, Cal (Brenda) Taylor of Oscoda, Darren (Adriana) Taylor of California, and Lane (Alane) Taylor of Oscoda, her daughter-in-law, Melissa Taylor, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, two brothers, Larry Procunier of Florida, and Ricky Procunier of Harrisville, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Lance Taylor. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. Memorial donations are suggested to the Alcona County Library.
