Evan C. Whitford

Evan C. Whitford, 58, of Glennie, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Michigan Medicine Hospital in Ann Arbor. Born January 8, 1964, to Larry and Dewella (Frayer) Whitford in Saginaw, MI, he was raised in Glennie. On June 29, 1985, he married Lisa Ireland in Glennie. Evan was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. Evan is survived by his wife, Lisa, his daughter, Katherine (Mike) Spencer of Oakley, one sister, Cinthia Ann Whitford of Glennie, and two brothers, Phillip Lee (Trudy) Whitford of Glennie, and Larry Todd (Melanie) Whitford of Oscoda. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
