Elizabeth M. Andree

Elizabeth M. Andree, 82, of Harrisville, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021 at her home. Born November 7, 1938 to Frank and Janet (Thomson) Wright in Detroit, she was raised there. She met her husband, Ernest Andree at Michigan Bell, and they were married September 17, 1960 in Detroit. They were residents of Detroit and Livonia. Elizabeth was a devoted homemaker, and loved sewing, knitting, camping, a good crossword puzzle, and playing Solitaire. She had recently taken an interest in Facebook this past year. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Lincoln, and a former member of the Harrisville Lady Lions. Elizabeth is survived by three children - Larry E. Andree of Livonia, Julie E. (K. Mark) Langdon of Plymouth, and Krista L. (Gary) Gallo of Cape Coral Fl; nine grandchildren- Crystal (Justin) Qualkenbush, Ryan, Derek, and Danielle Andree, Benjamin and Emily Langdon, and Samantha, Erin, and Delaney Gallo; two great grandchildren- Isaac and Elliot Qualkenbush, and two on the way; her beloved canine friend, Molly; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest on May 8, 2020, and by her sister Janet Smith and both of her parents. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations are suggested to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church or to the Alcona Humane Society.
