Debra M. Fields

Debra M. Fields, 70, of Harrisville, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at her home.   Born May 22, 1949 to Kenneth and Kathleen Fettes in Alpena, MI, she was a resident of Alcona County for most of her life. She married Arthur Fields on January 22, 1967. Deb worked for years as a driver for the Department of Health and Human Services and was a devoted homemaker. In recent years, she operated Deb’s Day Care out of her home. She loved the out of doors, trips to the casino, and spending time with her grandchildren.   Deb is survived by her daughter, Cindy Boland of Oscoda, her son, William (Natalie) Fields of Charlotte NC, ten grandchildren, Michael, Calvin, and Brandon Wilson, Christina (Dustin) Hutchinson, Geoffrey and Amanda Fields, and Aurora, Emily, Madison, and William Boland, eight great grandchildren, and seven sisters, Sharon Kraft, Kimberly Kraft, Joanne Howey, Bonnie Johnston, Hope LaFave, Marsha McConnell, and Sonia Bison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur on September 19, 1998, and her daughter Ann Marie Wilson.   There will be a memorial dinner on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Church of Christ in Oscoda.
