Beatrice V. Wojnar

Beatrice V. Wojnar, 97, of Harrisville, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at Jamieson Nursing Home in Harrisville. Born January 7, 1926, to Nick and Helen Ranger in Barton City, MI, she was a lifelong resident of the area. On November 21, 1953, she married Stanley Wojnar Sr. Beatrice was a devoted homemaker, and a wonderful mother. She was known for her beautiful crochet doilies. She was an avid reader. Beatrice was a member of the Ossineke Eagles Club, and of the Friends of the Lincoln Depot. Beatrice is survived by her daughter, Maria Summerfield, her son, Stanley Wojnar Jr., seven grandchildren, Richard Gauthier, Melani (Todd) Parks, John (Lisa) Wojnar, Cindy (Brian) Johnson, Josh Wojnar, Vickie Feltes, and Richie Maclam, many great grandchildren, her daughter-in-law, Cheri Wojnar, one sister, Virgilene Smith, and one brother Don (Earlene) Ranger. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Sr. on June 14, 1988, her son, Allen Wojnar on January 19, 2023, and siblings, Christina Kurkerwicz, Margaret Zingaro, Helen Skiver, Norma Williams, and Lloyd, Robert, and Dale Ranger.
