Alice W. Pinto

Alice W. Pinto, 83, of Mikado, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at her home. Born June 18, 1939, to Earl and Jeanette (Tunny) Adams in Cheboygan, MI, she was raised in Pontiac. A devoted homemaker, Alice loved hosting family gatherings. She enjoyed her garden. She was proud of her Chippewa heritage and served as a Tribe Elder. Alice is survived by her husband, Ronald, five children, Debra Furney, Christine Welker, Charles Hill, Robert Hill, and Mary Pinto, sixteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sons, David Hill, Daniel Hill, and Jason Pinto, and three sisters. Alice is at Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln, where visitation will be Monday, October 10, from 12:00 PM until the funeral service at 4:00 PM. Pastor Wayne Whitten will officiate.
