Major J. Dixon

Major J. Dixon, 85, of Harrisville, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2006 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. Born on September 16, 1921, to John and Leena (Grooms) Dixon in Toomsboro Gerogia, he has been a resident of Harrisville since 1996. He is survived by a brother John B. Dixon of Detroit. Mr. Dixon is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where visitation will be on Thursday, October 12, from 12 noon until the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Rev. Tedd Galloway officiating.
