Dale Victor DeCare

Dale Victor DeCare, 73, of Alpena, formerly of Lincoln passed away peacefully on April 26, 2010 at his residence. He was born May 6, 1936 to Victor and Ester DeCare. He married Pauline Grace Dahn on Septmeber 1, 1956 in Alpena. They lived for a short time in Hillman. He was a longtime resident of Lincoln, and recently moved to Alpena. Mr. DeCare was employed by Baker Enterprises most of his life. Mr. DeCare is survived by one daughter; Pamela (Ronald) English of Pontiac MI, two sons; Randy (Brenda) DeCare of St. Clair Shores, MI, and Bradley (Marria) DeCare of Lachine, MI, Five grandchildren; Sabrina DeCare, William and Mary English, Daniel and Anna DeCare, several great grandchildren, six brothers; Alger (Rondi), Eldon (Betty), Bill (Betty), Larry (Carol), Rodney (Sandi), and Ernest DeCare, four sisters; Christine DeCare, Julie McAlpine, Joanne (Walter) Gibbs, and Gloria (Larry) Sinkler, and one sister in law; Elaine (JoJo) DeCare. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years; Pauline on April 7, 2002, one daughter; Ruth Ann DeCare, and one brother; Lonnnie DeCare. There will be a Memorial Service Friday, April 30, 2010 at 3:00PM at the Wilson Township Hall. Interment will be in King Settlement Cemetery, Wilson Township, MI. Cremation arrangements are in care of Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. Memorial donations suggested to the DeCare family.
