Maurine (Susie) Hayes

Maurine L. Hayes 62, of Lincoln died Monday, August 21, 2006 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. On June 24, 1944 she was born to Maurice and Agnes (Hackett) Hayes in Lansing. She has resided in Alcona County since 1949, where she was a homemaker and a member of Trinity EV. Lutheran Church of Lincoln. Survivors include her mother, Agnes (Harold) Lee; three brothers, Dennis (Ann) Hayes of South Dakota, Derril (Alaire) Hayes of California and Kim (Carmie) Lee of Tennessee; several nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, a sister Jean Schmidt, and a brother Garry Hayes Sr. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 25, at 11:00 AM at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Lincoln with Rev. Michael Shepard officiating. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
