Norvel C. Carnahan

Norval C. Carnahan, 78, Harrisville, died Saturday August 19 2006, at home. Born on January 23, 1928, in Flint Michigan to Clair and Jessie (McLeod) Carnahan, he was raised in Mesick. He resided in Lapeer and Rogers City before moving to Harrisville, where he lived for the last 18 years. Survivors include his brother, Terry (Dorothy) Carnahan of Alpena, a nephew Michael of Round Lake Beach IL. A niece, Lynne (Christopher) Stevens of Lake Orion, grandnieces Jordan and Julia Stevens and a grandnephew Jacob Stevens, an uncle, Robert McLeod of Scarborough, Ontario and numerous cousins. A sister, Lorraine preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, Wednesday, August 23, 2006 from 12 P.M. until the funeral at 1 P.M., Rev. Tedd Galloway officiating.
