Jacqulene Ann Durand

Jacqulene A. Durand, 69, of Harrisville died Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in Lincoln. She was born September 20, 1940 in Union City TN. To Jack and Sarah (Giles) Jones and was raised in Plymouth MI. On Dec. 31, 1957 she married Robert Durand. They were residents of Garden City until moving to Harrisville in 1992. They owned and operated the State Park Motel of Harrisville from 1992 until 2002. Her husband preceded her in death on October 1, 2009. Two sons, Michael on September 7, 1966 and Kenneth on June 4, 2007 also preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Ann Durand of Harrisville and two sons, Ronald of Mississippi and Douglas of St. Louis MI, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a daughter in law, Kim Durand of Wayne. Visitation will be Friday, January 29, 2010 at Gillies Funeral Home, Harrisville from 4-8 P.M. Interment services will be Monday, February 1, 2010, 1:00 P.M. at the Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia.
