Stella E. Lee

Stella E. Lee, 96, of Mikado, passed away Friday, June 23, 2006 at Lakeview Manor in Tawas City. Born December 19, 1909 to Walter and Mary (Kuzak) Waszkiewicz in Wyondotte, she was raised in Mikado. On October 25, 1925 she married George A. Lee, he preceded her in death on February 26, 1984. Stella was a life long resident of Mikado where she was a homemaker and member of Calvary Baptist Church of Mikado. Also preceding her in death was her son Robert in 1953, a daughter Virginia Pearce in 2003 and ten brothers and sisters. She is survived by a son Gary (Katie) of Mikado, four grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren, and a sister, Angeline Coppler of California. Funeral service was Monday, June 26 at Calvary Baptist Church in Mikado, with Pastor Tim Steiner officiating. Burial was in the Mikado Cemetery.
