Marjorie Elizabeth Argyle, 84, of Oscoda died Friday, June 2, 2006 at Select Specialty Hospital in Saginaw. Born June 9, 1921 in Spruce to Paul J. and Blanche (Durand) Schultz, Marjorie married Henry Argyle on March 5, 1948 in Napoleon Ohio. They were residents of Garden City for 35 years, moving to Mikado in 1976 then moving to Lincoln, moving to Mims, Fl in 2000 and recently moving to Oscoda. A homemaker, Marjorie had been a lifelong Catholic, and had attended St. Raphael Catholic Church of Mikado when they lived in the area. She is survived by her husband, Henry and one daughter, Cynthia Argyle of Alpena, one granddaughter, Melissa Sue (John) Treinen of Alpena and four great grandchildren, Erynn, Austin, Joshua and John II, two sisters, Edith Schultz and Lorraine Crevier, both of Ossineke and three brothers, Robert (Jeannette) Schultz of Ossineke, George (Mary Lee) Howay of Kawkawlin and Leonard (Anna) Howay of Royal Oak. Funeral Mass was Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at St. Raphael Catholic Church, Mikado, with Rev. Lawrence Boks officiating. Burial was in Maple Ridge Cemetery, Barton City.
