Stella A. Rusis, 84, of Keystone Heights Fl. Formerly of Harrisville, Died Friday, May 26, 2006 in Florida. She was born on May 1, 1922 in Detroit, MI to John Victoria (Todys) Jaje. On August 1, 1942 she married Constant Rusis in Tecumseh Michigan. They were long time residents of Wayne until moving to Harrisville in 1992. She was a member of St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Mikado. Survivors include one daughter Rosalie Vaughn of Wisconsin and two sons Constant Jr. and Joseph, both of Florida, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, and a sister Celia Pietstrak, of Dearborn MI. She was preceded in death by her husband on February 6, 1998, and by a daughter Stella Buchholz on May 16, 1999. Mrs. Rusis is at the Gillies Funeral Home in Lincoln, where visitation will take place from 4 until 9 pm on Thursday, with a Rosary service at 7 pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, at 10:00 AM until the Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Mikado. Rev. Lawrence Boks officiating. Burial will be in St. Raphael’s Catholic Cemetery, Mikado.
