Harry E. Andrews Jr.

Harry E. Andrews Jr,79, of Oscoda, died Monday, October 5, 2009 at home. He was born July 31, 1930 in Toledo to Harry and Sophie (Thut) Andrews. Harry spent most of his life in Mikado, he served in the Army in Korea during the Korean conflict. He was employed by Rolled Products of Oscoda and Starboard Industries of Tawas City. Harry loved to hunt,fish and ride three wheelers. He had been a resident of Oscoda for the past ten years. Survivors include his son, Terry of Wyoming MI,one sister, Verna (Elmer)Nedo of Oscoda, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents,a step sister Hilda(Mrs. Wilfred) Myers and two half sisters, Thellis (Mrs Mark) Good and Inez (Mrs. Glenn) Norris. Visiation is Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln from 2-8 P.M.. The funeral will be Friday, October 9, 2009 at 1 P.M. at the funeral home, Rev. Richard Karsen Sr. officiating.
