Patrick A. Davis

Patrick A. Davis, 63, of Harrisville, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017, in Saginaw. He was born on September 20, 1953, to Edward and Faye (McClean) Davis in Charlotte, MI. After high school he entered the United States Army and served in Vietnam. While in the service, he married Sheryl Hall in 1974. Together they lived in Texas, Indiana, and Michigan, where he worked as a truck driver. Mr. Davis retired to Harrisville in 2014 where he spent his time fishing, hunting, watching NASCAR, and always made time to visit his family. Mr. Davis is survived by three daughters, Patricia (Carl) Pointon of Harrisville, Cynthia (Duane Hart) Thatcher of Harrisville, and Doris Combs of Greenwood, Indiana, two brothers, Mark Davis of Oscoda and Michael McGillis, two sisters, Linda (Marvin) McGillis of Indiana and Karen (David) Lennon of Vermontville, MI, 14 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a dear family friend, Molly Ann (Eric) Rodenberger of Westfield, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sheryl on March 16, 2013, and his son-in-law, Carl Combs. Cremation services were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
