Kimberly "Kim" Mae Foster

Kimberly "Kim" Mae Foster, 50, Mikado went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 20, 2009. A loving Wife and mother, she was born Sept.,2, 1958 in Flint where she was raised. On May 14, 1977 she married Robert Foster Jr. They have been Mikado residents since 1992. Kim loved the out of doors, especially camping. She loved animals, and enjoyed wildlife. She was an avid hunter and fisher. Survivors include her husband, her mother Dorothy Brokaw of Flint, her daughter, Michelle Foster of Greenbush, her son Michael, four grandchildren, Bailey, Mikaela and Brittany Foster and Avory Lee, two sisters, Marvey (Dale) Parr and Renee Childner, both of Flint and two brothers, Manley (Vanessa)Brokaw Jr. of Chesaning and Randy (Diane) Brokaw of Standish. Visitation will be Friday from 2-9 P.M. at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. The funeral will be at the funeral home Saturday at 1 P.M., Rev. Manley Brokaw Jr., and Rev. Randy Brokaw will officiate. Burial will be in Glennie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the family to cover expenses.
