Margaret M. Maviglia

Margaret M. Maviglia, 88, of Lincoln, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at her daughter’s home in Pahrump, NV. Born July 3, 1928 to Thomas and Margaret (Hofer) Teehan in Detroit, she was a longtime resident of the area. On August 27, 1947, she married Antonio Maviglia, and they moved to Lincoln in 1965. Margaret worked for NEMSCA, with the Head Start program. She enjoyed crochet, and spending time with her grandchildren. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Annette (Victor) Fuentes of Pahrump, NV, her son Anthony (Shawn) Maviglia of Dundee, MI, seven grandchildren, Zachary and Aaron Fuentes, KT, Nicholas, and Madison Maviglia, Melissa Hoefer, and Ashley Minarik, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio on June 4, 2008, two daughters, Antoinette Maviglia as an infant, and Tamara Maviglia in 2008, her son Michael Maviglia in 2010, and her brother Thomas P. Teehan on December 19, 2015. Private graveside services will be held at the Mt. Joy Cemetery, Haynes Township, MI. Arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
