Mary E. Bielusiak age 87 of Lincoln passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 at Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. She was born June 25, 1927 in Detroit to Frank and Ellen (Sullivan) Given. Raised in Detroit, Mary was a registered Nurse and served in the US Air Force Nurse Corps in 1951. On February 7, 1959 she married Joe Bielusiak in Detroit. They moved to Flint where Mary was employed in nursing for many years by the St. Joseph Hospital. In 1978 she moved to Lincoln. Mary was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church of Harrisville and its Altar Society and the Alcona County Domestic Engineers. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Kathleen (Ron) Gonyea of Lincoln and Doreen (Tom) Somers of Harrisville, one son, David of Lincoln, five grandchildren, Colleen (Paul) Somers, Robert J. (Leslie) Clink, Kendall (Doug) Nedo, and Matthew and Kandace Gonyea and six great grandchildren. Her brother, Jack Given preceded her in death. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 4-8:00 P.M. at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where there will be a parish prayer service at 7:00 P.M.. Visitation continues Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. until the mass at 11:00 A.M. at St Anne Catholic Church, Harrisville, Rev. Robert Bissot will officiate. Burial will take place later in the spring at St. Anne Cemetery, Harrisville.
