Mia Nicole Potter

Mia Nicole Potter,30,of Canton passed away Wed.,Nov.5,2008. Born Dec.2, 1977 in Livonia to James and Barbara(Oliver) Potter. Mia was a lung transplant recipient and celebrated that birthday on Sept. 15, 2007. Her spirit will live on by her donation of organs and tissues. Mia is survived by her parents; two brothers, Matthew and Martin(Julie) Potter, her grandparents, Norma and Wilma(Somers) Oliver, her niece Amanda, her nephews, Joshua and Edgar,her best friends, Janelle Leschinger and Kerry Corrow and the loves of her life, felines Lexus and Mercedes. Friends may call Sunday from 2-8 P.M. at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where the funeral will be held Monday at 1:00 P.M.. Rev. Tracy Brooks will officiate. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery, Harrisville. Memorials suggested to Alcona Humane Society or National Lung Transplant Foundation.
