Margaret R. Mueller

Margaret R. Mueller, 93, of Barton City, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2006 at home. Born on July 6, 1912 to Harry and Hannah (Neumann) Sutter, Margaret grew up in Detroit MI. She married Gustav F. Mueller in 1933. They were long-time residents of Bay City, MI, before moving to Barton City, MI in 1968. Margaret was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Barton City and belonged to its women’s organization. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband on August 29, 1980 and by their daughter Marie who died during childhood. She is survived by their daughter, Karen who lives in California and several nieces and nephews residing in the Detroit area. Her daughter would like to express deep heart-felt gratitude and thanks to those friends, neighbors and community members who provided friendship, support and "looked in" on Margaret at various times during her last years. Arrangements for cremation have been made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. A memorial service will be held in the spring at Trinity Lutheran Church on May 5, 2006.
