Keith Allen Kruttlin, 45, of Harrisville, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2008 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. Born September 28, 1962 to Monty and Noreen (Michaud) Kruttlin in Garden City, he moved to Harrisville in 1970. A 1980 graduate of Alcona High School, Keith graduated from Northwood University in 1983. On June 21, 2006, he married Anzhelika Afanasyeva and they were residents of Harrisville. Keith was employed at Alcona Tool and Machine as the Vice President in charge of manufacturing. He was a member of the Alcona Lodge #292 F & A M, where he was a past master, and of the Lincoln Lions, where he served as treasurer, and past president. Keith was an avid outdoorsman, and especially loved hunting and fishing. Keith is survived by his wife Anzhelika, and his parents Monty and Noreen Kruttlin of Harrisville. Aunts, uncles, and many cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his brother; Phillip Emil Kruttlin in 1979. Mr. Kruttlin is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where friends may call on Monday, September 22, from 5 until 8 pm, and again on Tuesday, September 23, from 5 until 8 pm, with a Masonic Service at 7pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, September 24 at noon until the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Rev. Tracy Brooks will officiate. Burial will be in Springport Cemetery, Harrisville. Memorials suggested to the Phil and Keith Kruttlin Memorial Scholarship Fund, care of the Community Foundation of Northeastern Michigan.
