Mae Ann Hoyland

Mae Ann Hoyland age 72 of Battle Creek, passed away July 5, 2013 in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born April 28, 1941 in Grand Rapids to Emil and Ida (Holmes) Reinholz. She attended school in Alcona and lived in Harrisville before moving to Battle Creek, where she was a longtime area resident. Mae attended the Higher Ground Temple Baptist Church of Battle Creek. She is survived by two daughters, Noreen (Bruce) Miller of Mattawan, Michigan and Trisha (Ben) France of Marinette, Wisconsin, one son, Emil (Melissa) Lesner of Fletcher Ohio, six grandchildren and her dear friend, Faye Spencer of Battle Creek. Her husband John Lesner preceded her in death in 1974. Visitation is Tuesday from 12:00 P.M. until the funeral at 2:00 P.M. at Gillies Funeral Home, Harrisville. Rev. Linda Jo Powers will officiate.
