Mildred B. (Mickey) Redlawsk, 88, of Barton City, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at home. She was born Mildred Jackson on June 29, 1924 in Mt. Clemens. Raised in Mt. Clemens, she married Arnold Redlawsk on June 6, 1942. They moved to Hubbard Lake from Mt. Clemens in 1953. They owned the Pleasure Grove Resort and Store of Hubbard Lake (South Shore) before moving to Barton City, where they have been long time residents. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Barton City. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, Sandra (Lyle) Beck of Alpena, Diane Arndt of Avon, Indiana and Lisa (Lorne) Harmon of Barton City, two sons Duane “Corky” Redlawsk of Barton City and Mike (Margit) Redlawsk of Ruskin Fl, Ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Karyn Louise Wachnicki in 1979, her mother Nora, one sister, Evelyn Kleino and one brother, Lester Jackson. Mildred is at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, where visitation will be Saturday March 16, 2013 from 2-8 P.M. Visitation will continue on Sunday from 12:00 P.M. until the funeral at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Laraine Sundin will officiate. Spring burial will take place in Maple Ridge Cemetery, Barton City.
