Evelyn M. Gibbs

Evelyn M. Gibbs age 91 of Lincoln passed from this life to be with her Lord and Saviour on Thursday, February 14, 2008. She was born May 1, 1916 to Wallace and Margaret (Nicholson) Barber in Lincoln. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon, two sons, Ervin and Ronald (his wife Dorothy) a daughter, Roberta (her husband Buzz) two granddaughters, Laura Squire and Julie Smith, three brothers, Richard, Howard and David and two son-in-laws, Jerry Paulk and Raymond Bills. She is survived by two daughters, Shirley Bills and Margaret Paulk, both of Alpena, one son Gerald (Sherry) Gibbs of Ossineke, 25 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 25 great great grandchildren, six sisters, one brother, one daughter-in-law, Shirley Gibbs and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in the spring. Burial will be in Twin Lakes Cemetery, Lincoln. Arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
