Mary Esther Bundy

Mary E. Bundy, 75, Harrisville, died Saturday, December 22, 2007 at The Alpena Regional Medical Center. Born January 1, 1932 to Albert and Clara (Gamber) Hogan in Detroit, Mary was raised in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, graduating from Ohio University in Athens Ohio. On September 7, 1955 she married Ken Bundy in Angola, Indiana, moving to Harrisville in 1956. Moving to the Indianapolis area in 1958, they returned to Harrisville in 1969. Mary worked at the Michigan DNR Launch site in Harrisville for 20 years and also was city tax assessor for Harrisville for 20 years and was at one time employed at Muehlbeck’s of Harrisville. Survivors include her husband and three daughters, Beth (Lonnie) Allen of Glennie, Barb (Kevin) Race of Dowagiac and Becky (Joe) Lemont of Peoria IL., two sons, John of Bonduel Wisconsin and Bill of Sheboygan Wisconsin, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in June. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
