Earl Francis Pierce

Earl Francis Pierce, 75, of Spruce died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at home. He was born in Spruce to Earl and Laura (McCall) Pierce on July 10, 1932. Earl spent most of his life in Spruce. On September 10, 1957 he married Daisy Isobel Harroun. Earl was preceded in death by his loving wife Daisy on April 10, 2007 and by his daughter Linda JoAnn Baker. Survivors include his two sons, Bill (Jan) of Mt. Pulaski, Illinois and Bob of Neptune Beach, Florida; five sister, Earlene Rea of Hillman, Michigan, Pat (Al) Eller and Mary McInerney both of Ossineke, Michigan, Joann (Don) Zelk of Slamorada, Florida, and Janet Spigelmyre of Spruce, Michigan; one brother John “Jack” of Hillman, Michigan; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be Sunday, November 18, 2007, 1:00 P.M. at the Spruce Presbyterian Church with Associate Pastor Brenda Bailer officiating. Interment will be at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Spruce. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
