Betty Lee Ouimet, 82, of Oscoda, died Monday, September 17, 2007 at Jamieson Nursing Home in Harrisville. She was born to Walter and Bernice Proctor on July 24, 1925 in Detroit. Betty was raised in Roseville and attended Roseville Public Schools. She married Bud Ouimet in August , 1969. They moved to Lincoln in 1976 from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where they owned and operated the Old Stove restaurant until January 1993. Bud preceded her in death on September 10, 2002. Betty moved to Oscoda in 1999. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Oscoda. Survivors include her daughter, Betty Lee (Eddie) Affeldt of Phoenix, Arizona, two sons, Thomas Kuhn of Oscoda, and David (Susan) Kuhn of Peck, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one sister, Margaret Lee of Warren, three step children, Trudy Masterson and Michael Ouimet, both of Oscoda, and Donald (Cathi) Ouimet of Tamarack, Florida.
