Ivan Lewis Smith

Ivan L. Smith, 89, Spruce, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at home. Born January 22, 1918 in Scottville to Harry C. and Ladora (Buell) Smith, he was raised in Davison. Ivan served in the Army in WWII, and was married to Luella Marion Faber on October 24, 1945. He was employed by Chevrolet in Flint for 35 years and had been a resident of Spruce for 34 years. Ivan was a life member of the Fellowship Lodge # 490 Free and Accepted Masons of Flint. Survivors include his wife and one daughter, Dianna (Mark) Wnuk of Flat Rock, one granddaughter, April (Elijah) Kadrovach of Flat Rock and one sister, Eldonna Bray of Flint.
