Jackie L. Fisher

Jackie L. Fisher, 70, of Spruce, died Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at home. He was born September 27, 1936 to Marion and Irene (LaBrecque) Fisher in Flint, where he was raised. A Flint area resident most of his life, he married Loretta Grant in 1984. Jackie retired from General Motors in 1985 and moved to Spruce at that time. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Mark (Kathy) of Flint, and Todd (Tammy) of Alpena , nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one sister, Shirley (Gene) Sweet of Flushing and two brothers, Robert (Carol) Fisher and Raymond (Janet) Fisher both of Spruce, five stepchildren, Reatha (Robert) Reil of Tennessee, Roxanne (Donald) Switzer of Linden, Robin (David) Flood of Mt. Morris and Rodney (Sherry) Riley of Burton, and Richard Riley of Los Vegas, Nevada and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4- 8 P.M. at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln, and on Thursday from 4-8 P.M at the Miles T. Martin Funeral Home, Mt. Morris. Funeral service will be Friday 11 A.M. at the Miles T. Martin Funeral Home. Rev. Herb Wheelock officiating.
