Delores E. Bean, age 68, of Mikado passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the Alpena Regional Medical Center. She was born August 9, 1942 in Turner, Michigan to Harry W. and Evelyn (Pelton) Hart. Raised in Turner and Mikado, Delores married Jimmie L. Bean on February 12, 1959 in Oscoda. They lived in many areas including Orange Texas, as they followed Jimmie’s military career, returning to Mikado in 1988. Delores was a devoted member of the Solid Rock Church of God, Harrisville, where her husband serves as associate pastor. He survives along with two daughters, Paula Bean (Larry Woloszyk of Posen) and Mary (Jimmie) Alexander, both of Orange Texas, one grandson, Christopher Alexander, two sisters, Joyce (Mike) Bulich of Rapid City South Dakota and Harriet (husband Gary Moody)Crevier of Colorado Springs, Colorado, three brothers, Bob Hart of Harrisville, Lloyd (Cheryl) Hart of Fenwick MI and Marvin Hart of Lincoln, several nieces and nephews, some which held a very special place in her heart and life , three brothers in law and three sisters in law. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Geraldine Hart and Deanna Schemanski and three brothers, Harvey Hart, Paul Hart and Jerry Hart and aunts and uncles. Visitation will be Saturday from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln. Visitation will continue Sunday from 1:30 P.M. until the funeral at 3:00 P.M. at the Solid Rock Church of God, 158 N. Barlow Road, Harrisville MI. Pastor Edward Morrison will officiate. Burial will be Monday, 11:00 A.M. at Mikado Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Delores’s name may be made to her family.
